I had learnt particle theory in primary school before so this was a bit more extensive than what we had learnt previously. We were also introduced to elements, and the characteristics of the elements in the different groups in the Periodic Table.The periodic table was interesting to learn about and I do sometimes wonder about how clever scientists like Mendeleev were to actually discover things that few other people would have thought of. Overall, this was a more fun topic with greater "research potential".
